Children's Health

As a mother of four, I see the varied and changing dietary needs and preferences of my children. Supporting families to foster healthy eating habits to support growth, cognitive function, food preparations skills and a balanced relationship with food, can strongly prioritise health and wellbeing from an early age.


Having a child who was tube-fed for six years and supporting his transition to full oral feeding has provided me with a deep understanding of how to help selective eaters enjoy a wide variety of foods and develop a safe and healthy relationship with mealtimes.
